**Intro**
BCG DV has partnered with one of the world's largest coffee pioneers to build, launch, and scale a digital platform to democratize access to specialty coffee; **60beans**. This new venture will work with local high-quality specialty roasters across Germany and throughout Europe with a laser-focus on the customer’s experience.
At 60beans, we believe it’s time that good coffee should no longer be served only in Berlin Mitte, Hamburg Eppendorf or at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich, but everywhere. In the most direct way - from the roasters to the customer. To achieve this, we work with the best specialty roasters connecting coffee lovers with the hidden champions of the coffee scene. As a result, passionate roasters finally get the attention they deserve. Not only in their neighbourhood or city, but throughout Germany and Europe.
60beans aims to become the number one marketplace that provides an online-first platform for independent specialty coffee roasters to expand their market access, offering a variety of brands across coffee, equipment, and accessories.
Backed by a prominent investor, the venture combines industry experts, bold entrepreneurs, and passionate technologists committed to further developing the market for speciality coffee. BCGDV is supporting in building out the foundational team and is on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Lead to take the venture to the next level.
**What you will do**:
- Drive performance campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
- Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment, maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Create and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliate, Native, programmatic any other channels that we’d like to test
- Test new channels and trends and collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
- Create reports, dashboards, and analysis in order to measure, showcase and present the ongoing performance of the campaigns
**What we are looking for**:
- Passion for the coffee and e-commerce/retail industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 4+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Experience managing SEA accounts via Google Adwords.
- Experience working with web-based analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with B2C / D2C digital sales, preferably with experience in taking ownership and managing the full customer experience end to end.
- Experience creating own reports, dashboards, analysis and tests
- Confidence in managing monthly 6-figure ad budgets
- Experience working collaboratively in a cross functional environment with other teams in marketing, product and operations
- Driven, self-motivated, curious individual, excited to build the performance piece of the marketing team
