Your Impact
The Proposal and Contract Management Team (f/m/d) (PCM Team for short) in the Professional Services division is responsible for the preparation of proposals/contracts through to their delivery to the customer. Controlling activities in Salesforce, Excel, and company-specific policies round out the scope of work.
**What the role offers**:

- You will create various proposals in MS Word based on submitted input sheets and, if necessary, communicate closely with the relevant initiators.
- You will review the calculations associated with the respective proposal for mathematical accuracy.
- You will assume tasks such as controlling profitability and obtaining approvals and permits.
- You will collect and process information and coordinate with various departments (e.g., Legal, Finance).
- You will manage and maintain digital filing.
- You enjoy communicating and coordinating across departments and always maintain an overview of individual projects.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Fluency inSpanish and English
- Basic legal knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You remain calm and collected even in hectic situations
- Excellent knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Several years of professional experience in proposals or a similar field
- The ability to read and understand contractual documents
- A detailed approach and a skilled handling of numbers and text
