We lead the planning and implementation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels. We’re also trusted to advise company leaders on HR policy and programs, recommending decisions in line with the company’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Our investment is for longer-term to develop you as the HR practitioners of the future. As such, our Global HR Rotational Program aims to give talented HR professionals the opportunity to experience 3 different types of HR roles over a period of 3 years to prepare you with the experience and expertise needed to succeed in your role.

Each 12 months you will rotate to a new assignment that will be individually structured to leverage your academic experience in order to enhance your HR knowledge and create a personalized development plan best suited for you.

Essential Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or relevant equivalent within past 3 years (graduates from 2020 or later)
- Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong drive for results
- Effective team player and cross-functional contributor

Desirable Requirements
- work experience in HR (or relevant)
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed and motivated; Passion for analytics
