**Your mission**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic working student to support us with our mission to make capital access easy and fair

As part of the Growth team, you will play a vital role in engaging with potential customers, generating leads, conducting field research and competitor analysis, handling customer calls, and representing Tilta at fairs. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer relations and our growth efforts.

You will have the chance to collaborate across teams, especially with Product and Risk. At Tilta, we are in the early stages of our growth so if you are looking for a fulfilling and exciting opportunity to grow your skills and make a real difference, Tilta is the perfect place for you

**Your profile**:

- You are currently enrolled at a bachelor's or master's degree program in Germany in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the financial services industry (Bank, FinTech, etc.) or in consulting
- You have special interest in FinTech domain
- You are a great communicator in written and spoken English
- _ Bonus if you have experience working in a startup _
