**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:

- Von Anfang an im Projekt mitarbeiten? Bei uns gestaltest Du vom ersten Tag an die Ausrichtung des Projektes mit. Wir lassen Dich aber nicht allein. Du arbeitest im Team mit hochmotivierten Kolleg*innen mit Erfahrung aus unterschiedlichen Strategieberatungen.
Du unterstützt uns bei vielfältigen Projekten, von klassischen Strategieberatungs-Themen, über M&A Mandate bis zu Innovationsprojekten.
Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung neuer Strategien und Lösungsansätze in enger Interaktion mit dem Klienten
- Vorbereitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Entscheidungstragenden
- Analyse von Märkten, Technologien und Organisationen sowie die Identifizierung entsprechender Handlungsfelder
- Gestaltung / Begleitung von Workshops und Interviews
- Analyse von Organisationsstrukturen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Erstellung und Präsentation aussagekräftiger Entscheidungsvorlagen

**Erwartete Qualifikationen**:

- Das bringst Du mit
- Aktuell im Bachelor
- oder Master-Studium, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder verwandten Bereichen
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
