Summary We are looking for a "Sales Director for Airborne Radar (f/m/d)" for the "Sales Radar and Naval Solutions" department in Ulm or Taufkirchen as soon as possible. The "Sales Radar and Naval Solutions" department is responsible for the sales activities and order intake of the Radar and Naval Solutions division.dentification and implementation of campaigns for airborne radars with a focus on the PrecISR product family. Your Tasks- Planning the order intake and ensuring that all necessary activities are carried out to fulfill the agreed plan- Developing, coordinating and implementing the acquisition strategy (with relevant internal and external stakeholders)- Establish and maintain a stable, long-term customer-oriented network with direct and end customers- Provide market trend inputs to further develop the roadmap of the airborne radar portfolio- Defining and implementing measures to position HENSOLDT as a recognized provider of airborne radar equipment- Adherence to high ethical standards and compliance laws as well as HENSOLDT policy and legal guidelines Your Profile- Completed studies in communications engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or similar- Experience in military or paramilitary ISR missions- Experience in sales advantageous- Understanding of (airborne) radars- Open-minded and team-oriented personality- Very good knowledge of German and English Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
