We are looking for a **working student FPGA (M/F/d) ** at the earliest possible date. As a working student at AES you will be completely integrated in the project team and experience the structured development process of airborne complex electronic hardware. The AES mentorship approach will guarantee a learning from our experienced FPGA Design and Verification Engineers.

**What awaits you?**
- Design case studies and pre-evaluation activities: building prototype designs and perform feasibility studies
- Virtual test bench optimizations and conduction of design rule checks
- Working with QuestaCore VHDL, HDL designer, SAFRAN /AES and MathWorks Tool suit on Microsemi IGLOO2 FPGAs and Xilinx Zinq SoCs

**Your Profile**:

- Ongoing studies in the field of electrical engineering or aerospace/space technic
- First experience with VHDL desirable
- Structured, collaborative and responsible way of working
- Good communication skills and willingness to be part of an international, motivated engineering team
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
