**Responsibilities**
- Disciplinary and technical leader of the End-to-End Planning organization
- Management of teams’ operational procurement, production planning & control
- Setting of E2E principles on divisional level
- Management of activities against KPIs
- Align and manage E2E planning processes on divisional level
- Control operational plan/stock level on PFW BU level
- Drive MPS and steer the PFW Speyer Manufacturing against customer demands/stock policy
- Ensure raw material availability against MPS
- Monitor against KPI
- Align stock segmentation with controlling against HES policies
- Develop optimized standards

**Technical Knowledge and Skills**
- Technical university degree or equivalent education
- Leadership skills
- Significant SAP ERP knowledge
- Professional experience in production processes
- Complex and analytical thinking
- Pragmatic, hands-on and solution oriented
- Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and sense of urgency
