Professional Operational Planning & Monitoring (f/m/d)
**Responsibilities**:
Global budgetary investment planning & monitoring for the ACEMEA regions (Strategic Planning, Budget & Forecast)
Operational budget planning of personnel costs & non-personnel costs for the EMEA operations units
Integral part of higher level strategic initiatives incl. project management /SCRUM
Development of a digital Lean Performance Management System incl. global roll-out
Business side key performance indicator reporting and tracking
Close cooperation with the operational senior management as well as HR & the controlling units
**Qualifications**:
Completed business studies or comparable studies
First experience in controlling, preferably close to production
Preferably first experience in optimizing activities and/or the implementation of digitalization solutions
Innovative, cross-functional thinking; structured approach, coupled with goal orientation and implementation strength
High flexibility and independent way of working, but at the same time team player
German and English confidently spoken and written (B2)
