Become part of IONOS and grow with us. **Tasks**: - Assist in the management and updates of the content management system with all Cloud product documentation. - Collaborate with technical writers to draft, update, and deliver concise technical documentation across various product lines. - Support document change processes and participate in periodic documentation releases. - Aid in the review and management of technical documentation produced by product and design teams. - Contribute to maintaining the central repository for all technical documentation. - Work alongside product engineering teams to assist in creating and standardizing product documentation. - Engage in cross-functional collaborations to continuously improve documentation. - Interface with UX teams to help create and review in-product UI text and error messages. - Test procedures and workflows to ensure their accuracy and provide feedback to development teams. **Qualifications**: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in English, Computer Science, or a related field. - Interest or experience in cloud computing/web services. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative work environments. - Experience or familiarity with a "Docs-as-Code" workflow is a plus. - Strong organizational skills and ability to plan content effectively. - A quick learner with the ability to understand new technologies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Basic understanding or experience in documenting REST APIs and development languages. - Technical proficiency in tools such as Git, Markdown, DITA, OpenAPI/Swagger, Confluence, and JIRA is advantageous. **Preferred Qualifications**: - A proactive and open-minded attitude to resolving problems and delivering results - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong troubleshooting skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. - A willingness to continuously learn. - Comfortable handling ad-hoc requests, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring content is delivered on time. - Ability to read and write basic example code in at least one of the more popular programming languages on the market, such as Java, Python, C#, PHP, Ruby, etc. **Application Process**: **Benefits**: - Hybrid working model with home office option. - Flexible working hours through trust-based working hours. - At some locations a subsidized canteen and various free drinks. - Modern office space with very good transport connections. - Various employee discounts for activities and products. - Employee events such as summer and winter parties, as well as workshops. - Numerous training and development opportunities. - Various health offers, such as sports and health courses. **About IONOS**: IONOS is the leading European digitalization partner for small and medium-sized businesses (SMB).
