HR Generalist

**Currently, we’re rapidly growing on the German market and we’re looking for an exceptional HR Generalist, **who strives for excellence and wants to put a real impact on the future of Coding Giants Germany **?**

**?We want to meet you if you have**:

- **at least 3 years of experience in a similar role,** especially on the German market,
- **a strong experience with handling end to end recruitment projects**:

- especially within sales and marketing positions (you’re involved and experienced recruiter, who knows how to source),
- previous experience with managing the entire employee lifecycle,
- **practical knowledge of German labor law and regulations related to employment,** salaries, personal administration and benefits,
- **previous experience in building company and HR policies and procedures from the scratch,**
- an eye for the data and HR metrics and you know how to read them,
- independence and high effectiveness while working on belonging projects** (you’re a true owner of the belonging topics),**
- ability to handle multiple projects and jumps easily between different tasks at a time,
- **problem solving and hands-on approach to work,**
- strong relationship-building skills to foster a positive organizational culture and engage employees,
- **been working with ATS, HR management, Project Management tools (any of your choice),**
- **flexibility and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions,**
- high level of stress resilience and** motivation to work in a fast-paced environments,**
- **at least C1 level in English (it’s a must).**

**?It’d be great if**:

- **you have some past and worth-sharing successes in managing mass recruitment processes,**
- previous hands-on experience within payroll & HR administration,
- **you are familiar with the education industry, **particularly in programming and tech-related education for children and youth,
- **speak Polish at least on B2 level,**
- you already worked in startups previously.

**?On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for**:

- **attracting and maintaining top talents from the German market **for multiple types of roles,
- **handling end to end recruitment projects,**
- creating needed recruitment processes and policies from the scratch and optimizing them in the future,
- **managing the full employee lifecycle** (from hiring, through onboarding, offboarding and retention),
- building HR procedures from the scratch that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
- **overseeing payroll and personnel administration throughout the whole employee lifecycle** (f.e. being able to work closely with external accounting),
- **gathering & analyzing HR metrics and data** to monitor the effectiveness of HR processes,
- **constant identifying areas for improvement, and reporting insights to senior management,**
- working closely with HR teams from other countries to align strategies, share best practices, and support global initiatives,
- **providing employee support and solutions to ensure a harmonious work environment,**
- building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
