**HR Team Support & Project Coordination (M/F/x)**:
**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Supports the Head of HR Europe in administrative and organizational tasks (travel arrangements, meeting minutes, calendar management, presentation preparation, organization internal and external meetings)
- Prepares and manages various HR Events for HR Europe like our regular HR Conferences etc. including, organization of location, catering, invites. Is actively involved in the design and content of the meetings
- Supports the Head of HR Europe in ensuring a smooth collaboration with works council (preparation, research, communication of workers council relevant topics)
- Generates purchase requisitions and manages invoices and contracts
- Assists the Head of HR Europe and selected HR Leaders in managing multiple pan-European projects (project plans, monitoring of milestones, reporting, budget control, resource planning)

**Personal skills and professional experience**:

- Passion for HR and People
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or comparable education
- Experienced Team Support with 3-5 years of experience in HR and ideally some project management office (PMO) experience
- Skills to analyze, organize, coordinate and execute on details, while keeping the big picture in sight
- Problem solver with the initiative to think critically to pro-active identify improvement opportunities
- Reliable, and demonstrated ability to work in teams, as well as self-reliant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Resilience to work under tight closing dates and changing priorities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
