enable strategies and visions through consulting, training, and coaching. We do not just consult & train
- we partner with our customers

A strong and proven seniority at “a young age” too
Fearless, and with an Entrepreneurial mindset

A compassionate and servant leader - our people comes first - so that we can outstandingly serve
our clients

A Business developer, daily leader, as well as being awesome in both overseeing and delivering
workshops, training programs, negotiations with the C-Suite of DAX30, Fortune 500’s as well as
smaller and medium sized companies

**What you bring with**
You are proven in and perhaps tired of the hierarchical systems of a larger consultancy and could see

yourself as an independent and part-owner of your own company
You may even bring a team of 2-6 associates with you
Your clients will want to follow you and your team
