Bookkeeper

**613 Investment Group** is an international real estate company based in Bavaria, operating residential and hospitality properties. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our growing operations. This is a part-time or independent contractor position for someone with a strong background in managing full-cycle bookkeeping.

**Position: Bookkeeper**

Type: Independent / Part-Time Experience: Minimum 7-10 years

Key Responsibilities:
**Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities**

**Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations**

**Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing**

**Collaborate with accountants for tax preparation and audits**

**Ensure compliance with local financial regulations**

**Requirements**:
**Proven bookkeeping experience (7-10 years minimum)**

**Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., DATEV, Lexware, or similar)**

**Fluency in German and English**

**Experience in real estate development or property management is a plus**

**Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently**
