We are looking for you to be our Country Lead Influencer Marketing (M/F/d). With excellent analytical skills, the ability to work in a team and boundless motivation, you will play a key role in our success.
Tasks
- You take over the leadership, management and development of our french influencer marketing team
- Strategic alignment and further development of the influencer marketing strategy for the french market
- Critical analysis of performance data, derivation of action plans and creation of quality assurance reports
- Responsibility and distribution of the influencer marketing budget for the french market
- You plan collaborations, establish close contacts with leading influencers in france and are responsible for maintaining and expanding influencer relations
- You are independently responsible for unique projects (such as the organization of exclusive events)
- Together with the team, you will develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns and support further company development to increase our brand awareness
**Requirements**:
- You have several years of professional experience in influencer and/or social media marketing and initial leadership experience
- University degree in communications, business management, business administration with a focus on marketing or a similar business field
- You bring a structured, analytical approach to your work with a strong eye for detail
- You are a team player with strong communication skills
- Extensive experience and budget responsibility in influencer marketing on Instagram
- Experience in marketing communications, campaign development, execution and implementation.
- You have very good communication skills, both written and spoken, in french as well as in English
