**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and prioritize development initiatives within the Wireless product portfolio in close collaboration with the product manager
- Drive the implementation of best engineering practices and ensure high-quality standards across the Wireless product range
- Support the team’s growth by developing talent and overseeing recruitment in collaboration with People & Organization (P&O)
- Manage the group’s budget and take ownership of strategic project reporting
- Work alongside other R&D directors and product managers to guide the overall portfolio management within the Riedel product division
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, including Operations (production, procurement, QA) and Customer Success teams
**THAT'S YOU**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer in large development projects
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical Team Lead or Head position with responsibility
- Strong understanding of modern electronic manufacturing and quality assurance processes
- Experience working with product managers in complex hardware/software technology projects
- Understanding of wireless systems and intercom systems
- Experience with P&L responsibility or a solid economic understanding of investment goods markets
