To further strengthen our position among the leading companies in the automotive industry, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is expanding its R&D Center at its European headquarter in Frankfurt in order to meet local customer requirements even better. To take care of diversified and challenging tasks with an attractive career perspective, we are looking for new colleagues.

**Your profile**:

- General technical understanding of product development (e.g. Engineering Student).
- English Language at least Level B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
- Interpersonal & intercultural skills to deal with different colleagues and cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.

**Your tasks**:

- Support in managing project documentation and files in a centralized repository, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Support in tracking the Work Products of the development teams.
- Consolidate with cross-functional teams to gather required information.
- Support in organizing and scheduling project meetings and in documenting meeting minutes.
- Support in organzing improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
