**Your Responsibilities**
You will be part of the Maritime People Development team where talents are identified and supported in their development to create the best future leaders on the fleet and ashore. People are the core of our business, and you will be right in the center of that
Not only will you work with the talents on our fleet and ashore, you will also support the development team in professionalizing the development and promotion process for officers and colleagues ashore. If you enjoy bringing the best out of everyone, this is the perfect job for you
- Create and update the overview of the top positions in our fleet. Track their performance and update with the latest information in our internal database and files
- Support in developing the career path for the senior officers, which includes updating procedures and organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Support throughout the 360 degree feedback process by updating the participants file and by tracking and filing of the feedback reports afterwards. Assigning specific development activities (training, coaching sessions, English classes, online courses) based on assessments or feedback received. This includes arranging the logistics and documentation
- Support the Development team in administrative and operational tasks, analyse data, prepare reports and presentations
**Your Profile**
- Study in the HR field or Maritime related topics
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 System (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Structured and organized way of working, as well as good time management
- Service oriented with good communication skills
- Very good English language skills (English is our Company language.)
