**The Mission**:
Are you fascinated by space, data, and the impact of technology on environmental issues? Do you enjoy creating high-impact stories? We use space-based technology to detect and monitor wildfires and combat climate change. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to join our team and elevate our global lead generation with engaging product marketing.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You are the driving force behind our social media strategy, growth campaigns, and content that fuels engagement and visibility, designing and executing comprehensive social media plans that align with our business objectives, resulting in follower growth and an elevated brand presence.
- You oversee the end-to-end management of content creation and production, from ideation to execution. Collaborating closely with our designers and product managers, you ensure that our message is clear, consistent, and impactful across all channels.
- You are supporting the efforts of our lead and demand generation through social media, leveraging targeted campaigns, community engagement, and innovative strategies to convert followers into leads and customers.
- You’ll masterfully integrate influencer marketing to amplify our reach, collaborating with key opinion leaders and ambassadors who resonate with our audience.
- You oversee our content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and high-quality posts.
- You contribute your own ideas to strategies for growing our social media following, staying agile and open to experimentation—whether it's a new social media format, an out-of-the-box content idea, or a creative partnership.

**Relevant Skills**:

- You have 3-5 years of experience in social media management with focus on LinkedIn, growth strategies, and lead generation, resulting in a track record of successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written), preferably a native speaker; additional languages like Spanish, French, or Portuguese are a plus.
- You are passionate about producing captivating visual and written content, and you're proficient with design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud.
- You have a knack for interpreting data and trends to optimize performance, driving growth, and increasing engagement.
- You are excited to translate complex data concepts into engaging social media content and to work at the intersection of space technology, wildfire management, and digital marketing.
- You're a natural communicator with a collaborative spirit and a healthy sense of humor.
