The Technical Writer (M/F/d) at Trapeze - based in Germany - works closely with different business stakeholders and the development team in order to validate requirements to achieve a consensus before starting to build a solution.
Your Tasks:
- Understand the business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions
- Analyze, document and validate requirements to achieve a consensus before starting to build the solution
- Translate the customer’s requirements into development-ready user stories
- Aid in the development and testing of the product as well as support to the development team to ensure the correct implementation of requirements
- Prepare end-user documentation/manuals, give client presentations
Desired Experience:
- Deep technical writing experience in the filed of logistics or operational planning
- Strong interest and understanding of the public transport domain
- Experience in the written documentation of technical processes
- Advanced Software/IT affinity
- Strong English written & oral communication skills
Very helpful:
- Good German written & oral communication skills are not mandatory, but welcome
- Deep understanding of engineering (including non-functional requirements)
- Experience in software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum preferably, Kanban extra)
- Experience in Prototype and model requirements
- Knowledge of relational databases systems and ability to create data models
