**Marketing Science Partner, DACH Agency Responsibilities**:

- You will be working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, R&D, Solution Engineering, Ads Research, Creative Shop to develop and deliver a Measurement strategy for engaged agency groups in the DACH market.
- You will be able to contribute to the product roadmap to improve usability and suitability for a cookieless world of Meta and/or Open Source measurement solutions and methodologies
- You will consult with agencies’ stakeholders about their clients’ common business challenges, current tech stack, 1P data availability and measurement solutions for different needs (marketing mix effectiveness and media allocation choices, or key measurement questions).
- You will manage a complex set of relationships across the agency groups, functions to include C-suite, strategy teams, data and analytics teams, client directors, paid social teams and planning directors.
- You are capable of articulating the pros and cons of Meta’s Open Source packages like Project Robyn and geo-lift, along with Meta owned measurement solutions and 3rd party measurement solutions.
- You are fluent in topics such as MMMs, attribution, lift testing, viewability, brand building, cross-media measurement and can advise on the pros and cons of each.v
- As opportunities arise, you will lead large scale and proactive programs that will help grow our agencies' measurement practices, solutions and processes.
- You will be working on white papers and thought leadership pieces on 'good measurement' within marketing measurement.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience analysing and manipulating data sets to understand patterns and provide insight.
- Proven experience with creating and delivering analytics based presentations to senior decision makers.
- Understanding of test design methodologies (geo-tests, A/B tests, multivariate tests, Randomised Control Trial experiments) along with survey sampling, and/or panel data.
- Experienced in managing complex projects
- Proven intermediate SQL skills for mining datasets and data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics.
