As the Master Data & NPI Project Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in the entire end-to-end supply project management for an assigned portfolio of brands. **Your responsibilities**: - Overall responsibility for the entire end-to-end supply project management for an assigned portfolio of brands - Customer, supplier, material master data management for an assigned portfolio of brands - Partial technical focus within the scope of the task area - Support in the creation of data keys - Tracking milestones etc. for smaller groups or supporting the managers with the larger projects - Responsible for monitoring the quality of embellishment activities - Focus on process improvement across Embellishment - Master data management (bill of material maintenance, price entry, source list, SKU setup) - Creation and compilation of unit lists and ensuring correct usage of packing instructions - Responsible for end-to-end EMB SKU development including master data management process (bill of material maintenance, price entry, source list, SKU setup) - First point of contact for internal and external stakeholder on all topics related to new embellishment SKU development and rework - Developing a "Critical Path Schedule" for each (implemen-tation) project together with stakeholders - Maintaining and being contact for external customer databases **The experience we're looking for**: - At least 2 years within inside Supply, Sales, Sales Backoffice or Sales Operations in a similar role - First experience within FMCG - Job experience in food or drug retail - Good Communication skills - Strong process orientation and structured way of working - Independent working style and „hands-on” approach - Well organized - Quick comprehension - Very analytical mindset, good understanding of numbers and data - German: Business Fluent - English: Business Fluent **What we offer**: With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
