- Identify customer requirements and translate them into tailored software solutions.
- Participate in workshops to design, improve, and optimize the user journey of your product.
- Take full responsibility for your product and coordinate your team to deliver high-quality results.
- Establish and prioritize the backlog, considering both business and customer value.
- Test ideas and enhance solutions based on metrics and user feedback.
- Contribute to improving the company's processes and techniques for product ownership through active exchange and knowledge transfer with your peers.

At your core, you are a passionate team player who appreciates and respects the viewpoints of your teammates.
- More than 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, managing products from conception to launch and ongoing development.
- Business acumen and customer management experience are essential, with a strong focus on working with corporate customers.
- Extensive experience in successfully delivering software projects and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience with data-intensive solutions and data flows that convert raw information into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrable principal knowledge of agility and Continuous Delivery.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks, such as Scrum.
- Proficiency in using Atlassian Suite, including Confluence and Jira.
- You know how to support your team and contribute conscientiously and passionately.
- You embrace your role as a product ambassador and actively promote your product, including presenting at conferences.
- You enjoy engaging in close communication with customers and users.
- You thrive on overcoming challenges through your creativity.
- You possess exceptional attention to detail.
- You make data-driven decisions using relevant metrics.
- You exhibit strong organizational skills and hold yourself to high-quality standards.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
