Your Tasks:
The Global CRM Operations Lead optimizes global sales processes with a focus on CRM systems, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.- Develop and implement standardized global sales processes using the CRM system- Collaborate with senior management to ensure cohesive sales operations- Analyze sales processes to identify and address inefficiencies using CRM data- Oversee the integration and optimization of sales processes within the CRM system- Facilitate communication between central and divisional sales teams
Your Profile:
- University degree in economics, management, IT, media, communication, or equivalent experience- Excellent English skills (verbal and written); German is a plus.- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices across a multi-divisional brand-
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
