Für unseren Kunden, ein amerikanischer Online-Dienst für soziale Medien und soziale Netzwerke am Standort Berlin, besetzen wir ab sofort befristet auf 12 Monate, mit Option auf Verlängerung oder interne Übernahme, folgende Position:
**Policy Associate (m/w/d)**:
**Dein Aufgabenprofil**:

- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung von 2-3 Direktoren innerhalb des Teams für öffentliche Politik in Europa
- Du verwaltest dynamische, zeitkritische und komplexe Kalender
- Du koordinierst interne und externe Besprechungen für mehrere leitende Angestellte sowie inländische und internationale Reisearrangements
- Du bereitest Spesenabrechnungen vor
- Du verwaltest Zeitplan, Struktur, Tagesordnung und Nachbereitung mehrerer wiederkehrender Teamsitzungen
- Du bist für den Aufbau funktionsübergreifender Beziehungen zu wichtigen Partnern innerhalb der Organisation verantwortlich
- Du verwaltest die Tagesordnung und Logistik für Teamausflüge und große Veranstaltungen vor Ort

**Dein Qualifikationsprofil**:

- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du kannst mehr als 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung komplexer Kalender-, Reise
- und Spesenabrechnungen für eine oder mehrere Führungskräfte nachweisen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Setzen von Prioritäten bei mehreren Projekten
- Microsoft Outlook und Google Suite beherrscht du einwandfrei
- Du hast erste Erfahrung mit dem Spesensystem Concur
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
