Do you want to play an instrumental role as a (Senior) Product Owner (M/F/d) - Data Platform and help us to tackle our digital strategy? You will become the Interface between engineers, analysts and business stakeholders while you enable Data to be an essential strategic competency for Engel & Völkers.

We are looking for a motivated and creative team player to be part of a new approach in the digital real estate industry. Individuals who like getting things done, who like to communicate and strive to work with passion & care: You are eager to understand the customers' problems and curious how to best use technology to solve them.

As a (Senior) Product Owner (m/w/d) - Data Platform, you will be part of the Data Warehouse team which is driving the digital transformation at Engel & Völkers by establishing a single source of truth for operational, financial and marketing data to integrate, transform and manage diverse datasets in our Bigquery DataWarehouse. While promoting self-service analytics by enabling our stakeholders globally to access highly curated datasets via Tableau, the team also supports with advanced analytics solutions through ongoing consultancy and training.

What you'll do?
- Setting the ambition of the data platform by owning: end-to-end product vision, strategy, backlog & roadmap
- Phrasing of user stories - including acceptance criteria
- Ensuring product team efficiency by creating a strong alignment in the working team towards strategic and operational goals
- Plan and execute global rollouts of data products
- Make value driven decisions and manage stakeholder expectations

Who you are?
- Professional experience on the product side in an agile environment - including managing and prioritizing product roadmaps and requirements
- Experience working with data analytic systems in the data domain
- Sound data domain knowledge - like data science and engineering knowledge
- Distinct analytical and conceptual thinking: translate business demands into technical concepts
- Highly communicative to manage stakeholders expectations
- Excellent English skills, German skills are desirable but not essential

Nice to haves
- Basic knowledge of Tableau & SQL
- Understanding of GDPR requirements
- Active data community engagement
