We are looking for a **Junior Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d)** to support our global accounts (temporary contract for 2 years).

**Your responsibilities**:

- Contribute to building of the pipeline by generating leads and referrals and building on existing HP business within the global accounts.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the clients, by developing a basic understanding of the unique business needs of the clients within their industry.
- Offer up-selling suggestions to account managers regarding new business opportunities within the account.
- Work with the clients, particularly with procurement on contract renewals.
- Describe benefits of solutions, services, products, during selling process.
- May focus on growing contractual renewals for smaller, less complex accounts, to higher-total-contract
- value renewals; manage sales pipeline.

**What do we expect?**
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a business administration field.
- Typically 0-2 years of sales experience ideally in IT industry.
- Ideally first experience with Sales tools, such as Siebel.
- Good communication and presentation skills (ideally in front of medium-sized audiences).
- Ability to effectively partner with other team members/teams to ensure coordinated efficient account management.
- Ability to motivate partner's sales force.
- Fluent in German and English (Typical job interaction - internally and externally - in German language).
