For AUSTRIA JUICE Germany GmbH with location in Bingen am Rhein (Rheinland-Pfalz/Germany), we are searching for a motivated personality interested in technology/chemistry to join us immediately on a full-time-basis as Laboratory Assistant (all genders).
Your mission:
- Become an integral part of our small and motivated laboratory team
- Conducting chemical & sensory analyses as well as microbiological testing in the production of fruit - and grape wines
- Enzymaticdeterminationofingredientsaswellasrelease of the examined production and delivery batches
- Preparation of product samples according to recipe, filling and carbonation, as well as preparation for shipment
- Collaboration on the execution and evaluation of test fermentations on a laboratory scale
Your background:
- Completed training as a laboratory assistant or chemical / technical studies, ideally in the food or beverage sector
- First laboratory work experience is an advantage
- Team player with analytical thinking skills
- Accurate, pro-active way of working according to precise specifications
- Hands-on mentality
