Investment Compliance Analyst - mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Investment Compliance, gerne auch Berufsanfänger oder Seiteneinsteiger insb. sehr gute Kenntnisse im KAGB und Kodierung von Anlageregeln im MIG21, hohes technisches Verständnis mit gutem Deutsch/Englisch Kenntnisse.

What you will be responsible for

Als Investment Compliance Analyst:
- Selbständige Überwachung und Validierung von Anlagegrenzen, teils in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden internen Fachabteilungen sowie Klärung von Auffälligkeiten mit internen und externen Kunden- Selbständige Bearbeitung von Fondsverträgen und Analyse von Guidelines- Selbstständige Erarbeitung und Erstellung von Fondsprofilen im Grenzprüfungssystem CRIMS oder vergleichbar- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von abteilungsspezifischen Prozessbeschreibungen- Gewissenhafte Dokumentierung und Erstellung von (Kunden-) Reports- Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Kunden für die verantwortlichen Fonds- Unterstützung bei der Neu
- und/oder Weiterentwicklung von Projekten

These skills will help you succeed in this role- Gute bis sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) erforderlich- Umfassende Kenntnisse von Kapitalmarktprodukten- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office Paket, VBA und SQL-Erfahrungen von Vorteil- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Bloomberg Terminal von Vorteil- Analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten- Exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise unter Einhaltung von Terminvorgaben- Gute Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Selbstständiges arbeiten- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem Anlagegrenzprüfungssystem MIG21 von Vorteil

Education & Preferred Qualifications- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Wirtschaftsrecht, BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik,) oder

Banklehre /Lehre zum Investmentkaufmann /-frau. Erfahrungswerte in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche von Vorteil:
- Finanzanalyse- Investment-Reporting. Auditing, und -Controlling- Performance-Analyse- Applikationsentwicklung im Bereich Financial Services- Weiterbildung zum Investmentfachwirt von Vorteil- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Investment Compliance- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse- Gute Englischkenntnisse
