We are actively recruiting a team of professional, driven experts to join Linesight and help us deliver outstanding projects for our clients. Frankfurt has established itself as one of the biggest data centre hubs in Europe, offering excellent connectivity for hyperscale and colocation data centre providers, and is continuing to attract major global investment.
As a **Project Controls Associate Director **at **Linesight**, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and talented teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective.
The Opportunity:
**In this **role you will**:
- Act as the key account manager in the life sciences team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
- Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients
- Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
- Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value
- Actively participate in the tender/bid process—from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting
- Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
- Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team
- Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
**We would love to hear from you if you**:
- Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
- Have experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, Heavy industrial, Data centres or Oil & Gas
- Have the right to work in Germany
- Have knowledge or experience within the German market
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
