**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage all system activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects
- Collaborate with customers to develop, review, and clarify requirements
- Plan and monitor system deliverables, including feature release plans using JIRA
- Provide technical guidance to the team for driving feature development
- Troubleshoot and solve complex problems, ensuring mínimal impact to project timelines
- Provide daily project status updates to upper management, including feature burn-down, requirements status, and ticket/problem status
- Lead and manage engineering teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and upper management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/SW Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on system design, development, and implementation
- Proven experience leading projects and engineering teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with customers and upper management
- Strong knowledge of system engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in JIRA usage for project management
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (Polarion)
- German language is beneficial
- Ability to frequent travel to Saudi Arabia.
