**Responsibilities**:
Peraton is looking for an Operational Influence Platform (OIP) Lead to join our team supporting EUCOM, in Stuttgart, Germany. As the OIP Lead: The OIP lead serves as the Government’s primary POC and lead for the OIP program as a whole and all country and/or regional projects. You will be responsible for all messaging, product development, dissemination and assessment. Additionally, you will lead all target-audience, target marker, and media landscape reasearch and determins which medium best suites message deployment.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University and 12 years of experience.
- Recent experience (within last five years) with Psychological Operations (PSYOP) planning.
- Possess a TS clearance with access to SCI based on SSBI
- Experienve in full-scale target audience, target market, and media landscape research
- Experience in developing integrated marketing, outreach, and communications in support of themes and objectives at the Component Command or higher level
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a U.S. Passport
- Ability to relocate and live in Stuttgart, Germany, and work in client facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with briefing senior government leadership
- Experience working with DoS specifically with regards to planning activities and public diplomacy.
- Recent Experience working in the EUCOM AOR
- PSYOP planner’s course
