Home & Living is a market with huge potential and unique challenges along the global value chain, which we tackle by leveraging data for scalable, technology-driven solutions.

As part of this effort, our Pricing team develops and implements our pricing strategy, part of which is to continuously develop our pricing software. To steer this pivotal topic at home24, we are looking for a driven leader who can bring our pricing efforts to the next level working at the intersection of our Commercial and Data departments.

Your reponsibilities
- You own and shape the vision for pricing at home24
- You establish and continuously refine processes and tools to ensure the efficient implementation of repricing measures or A/B-tests leveraging both internal and external data
- You develop and optimize dynamic pricing models and pricing algorithms in accordance with the pricing vision / strategy
- You develop and set up price tests and guarantee accurate and insightful analyses with the support of data analysts
- You give close sparring to our developers for the specification and testing of new features in our pricing software
- You align with other teams to coordinate steering decisions with cross-functional impact
- You set and monitor relevant KPIs to control the impact of pricing
- You define required pricing skills for different roles in the organization and develop training curricula

**Profile**:

- Several years of pricing experience, preferably in an e-commerce company
- Advanced university degree with a quantitative focus
- Proven track record of senior-level stakeholder management
- Strong business sense and good understanding of market & pricing dynamics
- Flexibility to switch between business & strategy topics, data analytics and tool development as needed to drive your projects forward
- Experience in / Understanding of empirical testing (e.g. randomized A/B test, quasi-experimental designs) and statistical analysis
- Experience working with Product Management
- Strong skillset to set up and run cross-divisional projects/ processes
- Ability to think on your toes and keep on top of things in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented, effectively prioritizing and able to work with and meet aligned deadlines
