To strengthen our creative team, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a: Associate Creative Director (M/F/d) Tasks - Develop creative and functional concepts based on a creative belief. - Describe and present concepts. - Copy writes for all digital purposes based on 360° campaign concepts. - Develop one-time campaigns for motorsports, e-sports and other projects. - Develop long-term campaigns for annual customer experience programs. - Brief third parties during the production and supervision of production process from the creative point of view - Create high level copy for all digital purposes and platforms. - Give presentations to clients and internally. - Lead a diverse Team of 4+ Creatives. **Requirements**: - 10+ years of experience in ATL, digital and social communication - Experience working as a creative director. - Good knowledge in film production - Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus. - Excellent feel for language in general, excellent style of writing - Excellent knowledge in development of digital creative concepts - Ability to bridge the conceptual development with the copywriting tasks. - Very deep understanding for all conceptual aspects - High level of visual communication (art direction, video and photo editing). - Leadership experience, confident and cooperative behavior with the ability to successfully organize and lead a diverse team. - Ability to match the challenges of digital technology for deriving the most innovative and performing level of communication for a campaign. - Good presentation skills - Ability to work under pressure and deliver. - A very strong liking for Automobiles - Innovative creative approach **Benefits**: **Our Benefits**: - An international and diverse team with a lot of fun at work - Do something for yourself - our partnership with a nearby gym makes it possible. - With Sodexo vouchers, part or all your lunch is on us. - Discover your potential - with training and further development for the next step in your professional career. - Focus on your aspirations - in our modern facilities and thanks to an excellent infrastructure. - More corporate benefits and the possibility of hybrid working (on-site and home office) await you. - How to reach us? - We offer you a work environment in which you can grow and have an impact on the way we design that growth.
