Deine Aufgaben
Du managst für die Position des Senior Program Leads (die direkt an den CEO berichtet) die gesamte Bandbreite administrativer Assistenzaufgaben und sorgst mit kompetentem Office-Support für Struktur und reibungslose Abläufe.
Ob Korrespondenz und Präsentationen (auf Deutsch und Englisch), Bestell-, Rechnungs
- und Kostenstellenüberwachung - Du arbeitest serviceorientiert und präzise, bist verbindlich in der Kommunikation und überzeugst durch Eigenverantwortlichkeit.
In der Termin
- und Eventorganisation beweist Du Dein Organisations
- und Koordinationsgeschick.
Und auch wenn es um die Überwachung des Budgets und die Erstellung von Protokollen und abteilungsinterner Statistiken geht, bist Du unser Ass im Ärmel.
Der Blick über den Tellerrand ist Dir genauso wichtig wie uns, sodass Du Dein Know-how gerne bei übergreifenden Aufgabenstellungen sowie in der Projektarbeit einbringst.
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
Berufserfahrung im Bereich (Projekt-)Assistenz
Idealerweise Praxis in (agiler) Projektarbeit
Fit in MS Office und IT-affin
Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit strukturierter und detailorientierter Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstark, freundliches & sicheres Auftreten
Sehr gutes Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
