With Creator Marketing being a key marketing channel for air up and contributing to a major part of our revenue and business growth, we are looking for a Working Student Creator Marketing for the DACH market who is passionate about combining data-driven performance with creativity** #unboreboring**

**This role is located in Munich**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Developing highly effective local content creator marketing campaigns that are aligned to our overall marketing and content strategy.
- Identifying relevant creators for long-term brand partnerships.
- Developing and managing relationships with creators, influencers and agencies.
- Sharing responsibility for the monthly planning and management of a six-digit budget covering the DACH region.
- Taking full ownership of budget and creator campaigns, covering the ideation of creative concepts, creator negotiations, contracting, day-to-day communication, content reviews, performance analysis and campaign reporting.
- Monitoring, reporting & analyzing campaigns on a monthly basis and maximizing campaigns based on insights.
- Developing and implementing innovative, performance-driven creator marketing campaigns & strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest creator marketing economy trends and incorporating them into your strategies & campaigns.
- Working closely with other cross-functional departments to deliver fully integrated 360 creator marketing campaigns (paid social, CRM, etc).
- Collaborating with the wider cross-country creator marketing team to ensure local market learnings are shared in order to optimize overall performance.

**This is you**:

- You are studying in a relevant field (preferably in your Master's)
- You feel at home in Social Media and especially on TikTok, having a feeling for current and future trends and creators are always on your mind
- Maybe you already have professional Social Media or Creator Marketing experience from previous jobs
- You have a nag for numbers and bring above average negotiation and analytical skills with you
- You are a communicative and committed person and are able to handle various projects at a time
- You are an above average creative mind and love to ideate on concepts and bring them to live
- You speak native German and fluent English
- You are based in Munich or open to relocate
