TikTok’s Brand Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

**Responsibilities**:
Leadership
- Drive growth for the advertising business and the Growth Brand Partnerships team (App First) in the DACH region
- Responsible for leading a team including recruitment, sales coaching & talent development, organisational change and performance management
- Work with the senior leadership team to design and implement sales strategy for App First
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals
- Drive TikTok Culture cross functional by collaborating with other teams to solve problems, share best practice from other markets and improve internal processes.

Revenue Partnerships
- Establish and manage senior (VP, C level) client relationships with large (APP centric) brands in key verticals such as convenience delivery, mobility, fintech & crypto, health & fitness, dating & education.
- Drive deals to closure
- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
- Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales

Product Development
- Through customer and industry insights, identify advertising product enhancements on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
- Serve as an external TikTok product consultant
- Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok's marketing solutions

**Qualifications**:

- Proven lead commercial experience working with major advertising clients
- Proven lead commercial experience working with major advertising clients
- Considerable leadership experience experience with focus on building high performance teams and track record in establishing high performance culture
- Experience in advertising, digital and programmatic sales, app monetization
- Strong commercial leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales team
- Demonstrated track record of leading a commercial team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Deep, practical knowledge of performance marketing
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
- Experienced external speaker with established network of client / brand partnerships
