**Aufgaben**:
Mercedes-Benz is known for delivering luxury products and services for generations. However, the world is changing rapidly. The technology that powers our customers’ experience has become even more sophisticated, standardized, and innovative. Through this change, it becomes increasingly difficult to sustain and enable the world’s most luxurious customer experience across more than 40 markets. The only way to enable this luxury customer experience is for us to re-look at the way we execute across all departments and sales levels to sync our efforts and output.
In a collaboration between global and regional marketing experts, we have identified the need to enable the best in class marketing technology teams and campaign development processes in a seamless approach. Therefore we set up the Mercedes-Benz Experience Center (MB.EC), a holistic marketing activation program that connects all marketing related global departments and regional functions. The aim of the MB.EC program is to deliver a world-class luxury customer experience across the globe, to create one voice of luxury, to ensure efficient and effective delivery, to upskill the capabilities and to support in delivering against efficiency targets. MB.EC will re-invent customer centric marketing, positioning Mercedes-Benz to be the most desirable luxury automotive brand for the future.
For our highly skilled and motivated team we seek a specialist for our global MB.EC Program Management who is as passionate as we are.
You will work in an international and cross-functional team and will lead the global MB.EC Program Management which comprises the following tasks:
- Overall Program Management of projects/working packages/swarms across global and regional entities and functions
- Strong Integration Management with all relevant stakeholders within MS/C and MS/D, regions and other business units (e.g. GSP, MBM, Vans)
- Lead/swarm lead of selected working packages
- Further development of MB.EC concept/strategy
- Steering of Mercedes-Benz global marketing agency
- Internal communication of project, goals, deliverables etc. on relevant channels and platforms
- Preparation, moderation and follow-up of committees and meetings
- And of course, proactively shaping your area of responsibility, bringing in your ideas and improving methods, ways of working, etc.
**Qualifikationen**:
**Your professional skills:
- Completed studies in business administration / economics or comparable qualification
- Profound experience in project and program management
- Profound experience in marketing activation processes, ideally additional marketing experience within a region/market
- Strong professional network within Marketing & Sales at Mercedes-Benz Cars and reliable knowledge of organization and working models
- Confident handling of MS Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote)
- Business fluent in German and English
