Your tasks are complex and diverse, guaranteed - never boring:
**Portfolio Development**:
Development of globally applicable, competitive tread compounds fulfilling the customer requirements worldwide

Consulting internal customers on tread compound questions worldwide based on market requirements

Present status of portfolio developments bi-yearly in regional Milestone meetings

Team member in tire line development projects

support of Industrialization of tread compounds in cooperation with stakeholder teams

Overall tread compound ownership

Identify and realize value leadership measures

**Technology Development**:
Team member in technology projects in the area of tread compound, material know how, tire technology projects

Ensure fast and reliable transfer of new technologies into the portfolio development

**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, natural sciences or industrial engineering

First working experience in product development, especially in material or in tire development

Experience in project management, especially in leading, is beneficial

Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

Profound knowledge in MS Office and Tableau

Problem-solving skills and creativity

Open mind and change culture

Intercultural competencies

Good communication skills on different management and functional levels
