As Sales Assistant (M/F/d) at BIC, you’ll be an integral part of our Key Account Management team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do: - Conduct data analysis and prepare periodic reports to support business decisions. - Provide crucial administrative support to the Key Account Management Team, assisting in tasks such as managing the new item set-up and conducting database check-ups. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, maintaining continuity in customer interactions and ensuring smooth operations in the absence of Key Account Managers. - Facilitate internal processes by efficiently directing customer requests to the appropriate channels, expediting issue resolution, and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication. - Oversee the management of B2B Omni-Retailer’s e-commerce content, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Support Key Account Managers in preparing for customer fairs, ensuring that materials, samples, and documentation are ready for presentation. Projects You’ll Work On: - Assist in the creation of the annual price list/quotation, collaborating closely with the marketing department. - Manage content updates in print and digital media for our customers, ensuring accuracy and relevance. - Participate in virtual meetings to optimize data transfer and contribute to e-commerce content topics. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For In You: - A relevant completed commercial apprenticeship and/or a university degree. - Professional experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales support or customer service: +0/2 years. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, with strong numerical skills. - Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German at a fluent speaker level is mandatory. - Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail. - Result-oriented and customer-oriented approach both towards colleagues and clients. - Structured mindset with a comprehensive approach, adaptable and fast-learner.
