Unterstützen Sie unser Team bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen sowohl bei mittelständischen als auch großen Pharma
- und Biotechunternehmen und schaffen innovative Lösungen für eine ganzheitliche Fabrikplanung. Dabei arbeiten Sie in interdisziplinären Teams mit Experten aus der Prozesstechnik, Logistik, Architektur, IT und Gebäudetechnik.
- Durchführung aller Projektphasen von Engineering-Projekten im GMP-Umfeld (Konzeptstudien, Basic und Detail Design bis Realisierung)
- Verantwortung der (Teil-)Projektleitung mit Schwerpunkt Prozess und Führung von multidisziplinären Projektteams
- Koordination der Schnittstellen und Kommunikation zwischen den Beteiligten
- Sicherstellen einer termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Abwicklung unserer Projekte
- Aufbau und Pflege von nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen, Akquisition von Folgeprojekten
- Weiterentwicklung der Planungsstandards
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium vorzugsweise im Bereich Pharma, Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Pharma
- und Biotech-Industrie
- erste Führungserfahrung als Projektmanager von Vorteil
- Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent und strukturierte Vorgehensweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft für projektbezogene Reisen im In
- und Ausland (Fokus deutschsprachiger Raum)
