As the **Product Designer**, your main responsibility lies in driving an intuitive user experience that links into our brand mission to ‘Simplify the complex’. We do this through building a design system that ensures consistency and fast-paced execution in collaboration with IT, product (experience) managers and business stakeholders.

**What tasks can you expect with us?**
- Deliver high fidelity interactive designs and prototypes
- Phrase research questions and participate in qualitative and quantitative user research to understand our users' problems and validate hypothesis.
- Work collaboratively with product experience members, development teams, the marketing department, and relevant business stakeholders to produce outstanding digital products with intuitive experiences for users to solve their challenges and ensure their needs are met
- Balance design-related requirements during the feedback and iteration cycle with stakeholders
- Create interaction and UI designs from low fidelity sketches and wireframes to polished high fidelity interactive prototypes and demos
- Communicate clearly and concisely through technical specifications with developers
- Support the development team in defining the measurement plan for evaluating the performances of new feature releases and iterations
- Actively review other product designers’ work, allowing you to develop feedback and coaching experience

**What do we want from you?**
- University degree with a focus on Design / HCE
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UX design in building retail consumer-orientated digital products
- Experience in the financial markets industry (securities / trading) and knowledge about financial products in general
- Experience in both Web and Mobile development and in designing for displaying complex information
- Experience in Design System, as a user or creator
- Experience in inclusive design
- understanding and commitment to web accessibility, localization and universal design
- Experience in rapid prototyping in digital format (Axure, Invision, Proto.io, etc.) Fluent in UX design and collaborative software (Figma, Miro, Sketch)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experiences in UX research and usability testing
- Experience in projects in the strategic phase - defining requirements, gathering generative data, and connecting with customer needs
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- An unfailing passion and capacity to advocate on behalf of our users
- High integrity and high reliability
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information to varying levels of the organization
- The ability to collaborating with developers and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with communication pattern in a multi-cultural environment
