**W**hat to expect**:

- You define priorities and expectations for the key account and manage them (P&L responsibility)
- You monitor results and performance according the clearly defined KPIs and SLAs and adapt to the customer's wishes when appropriate
- You build a team of capable location and country managers
- You work closely with other busi-ness units and departments to advance best practice approaches and processes within the account
- You take part in customer meetings and enhance a close partnership

**What are we looking for**:

- You have a successful degree in engineering, business adminis-tration, FM, technology or a comparable qualification of that kind
- Your strengths lie in communication skills & a service oriented mentality
- Your sensitivity and strong empathy help to build a close client relation
- You possess motivational skills and can communicate in fluent English and/or adequate German language
