The unbelievable Machine Company GmbH ist ein Spezialist für Big Data (Data Science und Data Engineering) sowie Cloud Services. 2008 gegründet, arbeiten heute rund 170 Mitarbeiter an den Standorten Berlin, Frankfurt und Wien. Entwicklung präzise Lösungen für individuelle unternehmerische Herausforderungen namhafter Kunden wie die Deutsche Post, Gebr. Heinemann, Audi, Delivery Hero, Deutsche Welle, Metro Group oder Parship. Die wegweisenden Lösungen und Services des Unternehmens wurden bereits vielfach ausgezeichnet. Hierfür suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Unterstützung als Account Receivables Accountant(m/w/d) in Berlin. Aufgaben - Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Rechnungsstellung gegenüber unseren Kunden - Du stellst sicher, dass die Stakeholder den Prozess zur Rechnungsstellung verfolgen, ihren Input strukturieren und durch Vertragsabgleiche validieren, um die akkurate und genaue Rechnungsstellung zu garantieren - Du entwickelst stetig Prozesse innerhalb des Bereichs selbständig weiter - Du bist verantwortlich für das Forderungsmanagement - Du strukturierst Umsatzdaten und leitest Erklärungen von Differenzen und Mustern ab - Du bereitest die UmSt-Voranmeldung für Deutschland und Österreich vor - Du unterstützt die Finanzabteilung bei der Einführung neuer Tools, Systeme und Prozesse Qualifikation - Du verfügst über exzellente Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB (Kenntnisse in IFRS sind ein Plus) - Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung gesammelt - Das Verstehen von Verträgen ist für Dich kein Neuland - Du gehst souverän mit Excel um (mindestens Formeln wie sverweis und summewenn sind Dir bekannt) - Du arbeitest sehr detailorientiert und behältst Deinen Fokus und das Ziel auch bei kurzzeitig höherem Arbeitsaufwand vor Augen - Du zeigst Durchsetzungsvermögen beim Einholen von Abhängigkeiten in dem Bereich - Du bist wissbegierig und handelst proaktiv, hinterfragst "Zahlen" und versuchst die Geschichte dahinter zu verstehen - Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch - und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift **Benefits**: - Ein krisensicherer Arbeitsplatz in einer zukunftsweisenden Branche - Ein offenes Arbeitsklima, in dem wir Wert auf deine Meinung legen - Rabatt für Fitness - und Wellnessangebote - Steile Lernkurve durch die Mitarbeit an verschiedenen Projekten und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen - Flache Hierarchien, Duz-Kultur und eine klare, direkte Kommunikation - Viel Gestaltungsspielraum und die Möglichkeit, Deine eigenen Ideen umzusetzen - Flexible Arbeitszeiten, außergewöhnliche Team-Events und einige Überraschungen
