We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer Team Lead to join the Rapid Data Development team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, managing a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of various projects. You will collaborate with other departments to define project requirements, develop technical solutions, and implement best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Review code, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and address technical issues and risks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Tech development, with at least 2 of experience leading a cross-functional team of at least 3 people.
- Strong technical skills in programming languages such as C#,.NET Core, Microservices, sql databases. At least some experience in DevOps like pipelines, IaC, Docker & Kubernetes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is necessary.
