Customer Support Coordinator
- Location: Kassel
- In your new function, you will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by receiving the inquiries of our customers and the corresponding control of the service specialists. You will independently plan and perform installations, maintenance and repair of our products.

Your Profile- Study of electrical engineering / electronics, physics, mechatronics or a commercial education, as well as great technical understanding- Experience in work preparation and resource planning- Quick comprehension and high customer orientation- Team spirit- Strong communication skills and goal orientation- Independent, self-motivated way of working- Knowledge of CRM software, SAP or software for resource planning- Good command of spoken and written English
