- TenneT is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate **Business Management Advisor** at our location in **Hanover**who will contribute to this and that might be you?**Your contribution to TenneT**:

- As direct report to the **Associate Director 2GW** responsible for strategic and ad-hoc matters concerning one or more of the 2GW projects.- **Leading complex** and high value strategic projects overarching the 2GW portfolio such as the program to drive affordability
- **Develop approaches for relationships** and **interfaces**with other TSOs and/or the Offshore Wind Farm operators
- **Manage the evolution of the 2GW strategy** and drive the implementation via the unit now embarking into the project realization phase. Ensure coherence with the TenneT/LPO strategy
- **Leading transformation**/ change projects and subsequently improvement programs for processes, structures and culture in 2GW organization
- **Functional & operational leadership of interdisciplinary teams** as required for the task
- **Preparation of presentation** for internal or external meetings, conferences

**Your profile and background**:

- Next to your high degree of** analytic mindset and ability for strategic and tactical thinking,**you bring 10+ years of professional experience in technical & commercial positions, in international large-scale project organizations
- Besides you bring **leadership experience** in a large company (preferable leader of leaders) in a technical or commercial field with regular exposure to senior management
- **In-depth understanding of large (offshore) projects**, their business cases, interfaces and integration in technical and time dimension
- **Strategy development and implementation** in own and wider organization including change management program
- You are **s**trong in stakeholder management**, due to very large group of internal & external parties to work with
- As an **active listener** you persuade internal and external persons on all levels and like working in** diverse**and **multi-cultural environment**, finding common approaches, towards reaching goals
- Additionally you **convince by personality**and natural authority with content and are **f**lexible in assignments and creative in approached**towards challenging topics

- Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.
