**TEAMLEAD COMPLIANCE (M/F/D)**:

- Management and reorganisation of our team for the compliance management system
- Establishment and further development of a compliance management system in accordance with ISO 37301 as well as the planning and implementation of internal audits to ensure compliance with standards
- Facilitation of workshops to develop and optimise processes and guidelines, including the analysis of existing processes using methods such as value stream mapping
- Support in the development and implementation of key guidelines and the definition of certification strategies
- Proactive monitoring and integration of new regulatory requirements, in particular from EU regulations such as the AI Act
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and responding to compliance queries, both internal and external
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies, especially AI tools, in order to evaluate their benefits in the compliance environment

Job Requirements
- A degree, preferably in quality management or a comparable field. A Master's degree in this field is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of management systems and relevant standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 37301
- Training in quality management (e.g. as a quality management representative (QMB) or quality manager (QMM) through DGQ, TÜV SÜD or comparable institutions) is an advantage
- Auditor training, ideally in quality management or another management standard, is an advantage
- Affinity for standardisation processes and the ability to recognise and interpret regulatory trends at an early stage
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new EU regulations, such as the AI Act, and the ability to integrate them into company processes
- Experience in dealing with new technologies and AI tools or the willingness to familiarise yourself with them
- Several years of professional experience in the field of compliance or quality management and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to convey complex content in an understandable way
- Self-organisation, project management experience and routine in the use of IT tools and collaboration platforms
- Initial management experience is desirable but not essential, willingness to travel is required.
