Tasks
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Support the sales team in creating and managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Help in preparing sales presentations and other materials to engage potential clients.
- Participate in client meetings and networking events to build professional relationships.
- Collaborate with various departments (marketing, product development, customer service) to align business development strategies.
- Assist in the analysis of sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the business development and sales team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week.
