**Das erwartet Sie**:

- Ein 18-monatiges anspruchsvolles Trainee-Programm „On the Job“
- Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung bestehender Kundenverbindungen sowie bei der Analyse und Realisierung von neuen Engagements in den Bereichen Corporate Banking und Trade Finance
- Kennenlernen der Risikobeurteilung komplexer Finanzierungen in unserem Firmenkundenkredit-geschäft mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Lebensmittel
- und Agrarindustrie sowie der unterschiedlichen Finanzierungsinstrumente inkl. Debt Capital Markets
- Mitarbeit in der Abteilung Credit Management
- Ergänzende individuelle Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen, die Ihre fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung unterstützen

**Das erwarten wir von Ihnen**:

- Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Corporate Finance
- Erste Berufserfahrung oder relevante Praktika
- Leistungsbereitschaft, Ergebnisorientierung sowie eine gute Auffassungsgabe und ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
- Eigeninitiative und eine sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Souveränes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
